This Disclaimer applies to your use of Alarmy Pro: Loud Alarm ("Alarmy Pro," "the app," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Utiliqo Labs. Alarmy Pro is provided as an alarm clock and personal productivity tool.

1. Alarm Reliability

Alarmy Pro is designed to help users create reliable alarms, loud alarm experiences, wake-up missions, quick alarms, snooze settings, widgets, sessions, stopwatch, countdown, and local clock tools. However, no mobile alarm app can guarantee alarm delivery in every circumstance.

Alarm behavior may be affected by device power, volume settings, do-not-disturb or silent mode, notification settings, permission changes, battery optimization, manufacturer restrictions, operating system updates, storage limitations, app updates, or user configuration. Users should test alarms on their own device and keep backup arrangements for critical events.

2. Permissions and Device Settings

Some features require Android permissions to work correctly. If permissions are denied, disabled, revoked, or restricted by the device, some app features may not work as expected. Details are provided on our Permissions Used page.

3. Accessibility and Device Admin

Alarmy Pro may offer optional alarm protection features that use AccessibilityService or Device Admin after the user enables them in Android settings. AccessibilityService is used only while a protected alarm is ringing. It may access visible Android System UI power-menu text or buttons, such as Power off, Restart, Shut down, or Reboot, only to recognize the power menu, help keep the alarm screen active, and return the user to the alarm screen until the wake-up task is completed. It is not used to collect private screen content, passwords, messages, financial information, or unrelated personal data.

Users remain responsible for deciding whether to enable these features and for disabling them when they no longer want to use them. If enabled, these features may affect normal device interaction during an active alarm, depending on Android version and device behavior.

4. Mission Safety

Alarmy Pro includes wake-up missions such as math, memory, typing, tap, shake, step, photo, QR/barcode, and wake-up check. Users should complete physical missions only in a safe place and should not move around, scan objects, or shake the device in unsafe surroundings.

The app is not responsible for injury, property damage, device damage, missed events, or other consequences resulting from unsafe use of missions or device interaction.

5. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Alarmy Pro is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent sleep disorders, health conditions, or psychological conditions. If you have concerns about sleep, fatigue, hearing, stress, or health, consult a qualified professional.

6. Third-Party Services, Ads, and Links

The app may use third-party services and SDKs, including Google/Firebase services and advertising services. We do not control third-party ads, advertiser websites, or third-party service practices. A list of app SDKs and libraries is available on our SDKs & Libraries page.

7. No Warranty

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, or complete compatibility with every Android device.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including missed alarms, missed appointments, missed travel, lost income, loss of opportunity, device issues, data loss, third-party service issues, or consequences caused by user settings or device restrictions.
