Terms and Conditions

Last Updated & Effective Date: May 26, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Alarmy Pro: Loud Alarm ("Alarmy Pro," "the app," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Utiliqo Labs. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Plain-language summary: Alarmy Pro is an alarm clock and productivity app. You are responsible for configuring alarms correctly, granting permissions you choose to use, keeping your device charged and available, and using physical missions safely.

1. Use of the App

Alarmy Pro provides alarm, quick alarm, wake-up mission, session, stopwatch, countdown, local clock, widget, ringtone, snooze, and settings features. You may use the app for lawful personal purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, rent, or misuse the app except where allowed by applicable law.

3. Permissions and User Control

Some features require Android permissions to work correctly. For example, reliable alarms may require exact alarm, notification, foreground service, full-screen intent, wake lock, and startup behavior. Optional missions may require camera, physical activity, or audio/media access.

Optional alarm protection features may ask you to enable Accessibility access or Device Admin in Android settings. AccessibilityService is used only while a protected alarm is ringing and may access visible Android System UI power-menu text or buttons only to recognize the power menu, help keep the alarm screen active, and return you to the alarm screen until the wake-up task is completed. Device Admin may be used only for optional prevent-uninstall protection during active alarms. These features are not required for normal alarm use and should only be enabled if you understand their purpose. More details are available on the Permissions Used page.

4. Alarm Reliability

Alarmy Pro is designed to help alarms ring reliably, but mobile device behavior can be affected by operating system settings, manufacturer battery restrictions, notification settings, silent/do-not-disturb settings, device storage, updates, app permissions, device power, and user configuration. You are responsible for testing alarm behavior on your device and keeping important backup arrangements where necessary.

5. Missions and Physical Activity

Alarm missions such as shake, step, tap, photo, QR/barcode, math, memory, and typing are intended to help users wake up. Use physical missions only in a safe environment. Do not run, walk, shake, scan, or move around in unsafe locations or situations.

6. Third-Party Services

The app may include third-party SDKs and services, including Google/Firebase services, Google Mobile Ads, Google Play In-App Updates, AndroidX, and other libraries needed for app functionality. A public list is available on the SDKs & Libraries page. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, design, branding, text, code, and related materials are owned by us or used under applicable licenses. You may not use our intellectual property in a way that suggests endorsement, ownership, or affiliation without permission.

8. Ads

The app may display advertisements through Google Mobile Ads or related services. We are not responsible for third-party ad content, advertiser websites, or products and services promoted by advertisers.
